Beach Time
This is the most sparkling natural feature of the coastal regions on the island of Abaco. Stunning is the word for this 3.5-mile stretch of sugar-soft, powdery white sand, matched only in brilliance by the sparkling diamond and turquoise water colors lapping at its shore. The beach was voted one of the region's top 10 beaches in a reader poll by Caribbean Travel & Life. There are no pictures that can prepare a visitor for the awesome sight of this beach; its size, its white powdery sand and those beautiful blue waters. All that and there are no crowds; there's plenty of room to create your own private oasis.
About 100 yards from the water's edge sits the Coco Beach Bar & Grill, famous for its Bahamian drink specialties and local grilled favorites. This quaint, nautical facility features weekly entertainment, picnic tables, lounge chairs, thatched shades and a water sports cabana for Hobie cat, kayak and banana boat rentals.
Fishing
Our island is “surrounded” with opportunities to throw in a line. Treasure Cay is also filled with folks willing to lend a hand or offer advice on best spots, baits, boats and sections of the beach; don’t be afraid to ask. So whether you’ve packed your own fly rod for bonefish, want to charter a boat for bigger game or simply wish to drop a bobber off the dock; we can “hook” you up.

Island Hopping
You can have a wonderful time anywhere in the Caribbean. But for the more adventurous, why not try some good old-fashioned island hopping? Use one island as a base and try out one, two, three or more islands all within easy reach. It’s a throwback to the jetsetting golden age of Caribbean travel — and it’s more than doable today. Thankfully, there are lots of places where you can do it.

Treasure Cay is located in the beautiful Abaco Islands, away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas of Freeport and Nassau.
Our home is oceanfront, looking out onto the gorgeous Sea of Abaco. We have 4 bedrooms - the master suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom, two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with twin beds. The master bedroom and both queen bedrooms have french doors that provide an inspiring water view. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room.
The house has an open floor plan that includes a large dining table, a breakfast bar that seats 4 and plenty of room to spread out with two large couches, a love seat and over-sized chair. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and gadget needed to prepare delicious island cuisine and frosty tropical drinks! The entire back wall of the living area is lined with 4 sets of glass doors so that you can enjoy the stunning view even when inside.
The dock provides the perfect place to view some of the abundant marine life - sea turtles, star fish, stingrays, dolphins and a wide array of fish. It may be used to moor a boat, if you care to rent one from the close by marina. There is also a fish cleaning station if you've had a good day out fishing. There is a lower landing that provides the perfect spot to jump in the water.
